Juggy Sihota
Chair of the Board
As the Senior Vice President at TELUS Health, Juggy has been instrumental at scaling this business to now delivering care to 76 million people across 160 countries. Under her leadership, TELUS Health has pioneered initiatives like the Health for Good mobile clinics, which have supported over 245,000 visits for vulnerable individuals in 27 communities and introduced groundbreaking precision health services at TELUS Health Care Centres across Canada.
Juggy’s career is defined by building and leading high-performing teams to solve complex problems through innovation, sound judgment and leveraging technology. Her leadership influence spans health, business, racial and social justice, gender equality and globalization. Her dedication to social capitalism and driving both exceptional business outcomes and meaningful human impact has earned her numerous accolades, including being named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Top 100 Women by the Women’s Executive Network and one of BC’s Most Powerful People by Vancouver Magazine.
In addition to her professional achievements, Juggy has a distinguished history of community leadership. She currently serves as the immediate past Chair for the VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation Board, the immediate past Chair for the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade and Director for the Vancouver International Airport Authority.

Craig Kielburger
Treasurer
Craig Kielburger is a social entrepreneur and the co-founder of a family of organizations dedicated to the power of WE, a movement of people coming together to change the world.
Along with his brother Marc Kielburger, Craig co-founded WE Charity, which provides a holistic development model called WE Villages, helping to lift more than one million people out of poverty in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Back at home in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, WE Schools & WE Day provide comprehensive service learning programs to 10,000 schools, engaging 2.4 million young change-makers.
Lastly, he is the co-founder of ME to WE, a pioneering social enterprise, the profits from which help sustain the work of his charitable organization. His work has been featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show, 60 Minutes and the BBC.
Craig is the youngest ever graduate from the Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA program. He has also received 15 honorary doctorates and degrees for his work in the fields of education and human rights. Craig is a New York Times bestselling author who has published 12 books, as well as a nationally syndicated columnist. Craig has received The Order of Canada, the Nelson Mandela Freedom Medal and the World Children’s Prize.

Nicolas Caprio
Nicolas Caprio is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in the pharmacy sector. Currently serving as the President of Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd., he has a track record of driving innovation and operational excellence.
Prior to his current role, Nicolas held leadership positions at Rexall and Shoppers Drug Mart, including COO and SVP roles. He began his career as a pharmacist-owner in Montreal, which provided a foundation for his future leadership roles.
Nicolas holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a Minor in Chemistry from the Université de Montréal. His academic foundation in pharmacy and science has been instrumental in shaping his approach to healthcare innovation and patient-focused solutions.
He is actively involved in community service as a dedicated Board Member at DFKC since 2014, a Board Member and former Chair of the TELUS GTA Community Board from 2016 to 2022 and serves as a Board Member and Treasurer for the Retail Council of Canada since 2019.
Balancing his professional achievements with family life, Nicolas values the support of his family throughout his career moves. He is now a proud grandfather and remains passionate about mentoring future leaders in the industry.

Bobbie Racette
Bobbie Racette is the Founder and CEO of Virtual Gurus, a talent marketplace that leverages proprietary technology to match organizations and entrepreneurs with highly skilled Canadian and American fractional administrative workers. Forbes recently announced Virtual Gurus as one of the top 19 Innovative Tech Startups to watch.
Bobbie is on a mission to create employment opportunities for underrepresented individuals, setting a mandate within her own company that 95% of her workers will identify as female, 65% a part of the BIPOC community, and 45% part of the LGBTQ+ community.
An unstoppable force in the Canadian startup community, Bobbie acts as a mentor for eCommerce North and serves on the Board of the TELUS Friendly Future Foundation, helping to build brighter futures for at-risk youth through the power of technology. She’s also a member of The51’s Community Council and Calgary’s CORE Working Group, ensuring the voices of underrepresented folx are included at both local and national levels.
Named as one of 50 Changemakers for 2021 by Report on Business magazine, Bobbie was also recently honoured by Startup Canada as Indigenous Entrepreneur and Woman Entrepreneur of the Year. Bobbie is a Cree-Metis woman who prides herself on building an inclusivity-first company, championing indigenous people and the LGBTQ+ community.

Bob Rennie
Bob Rennie is the Founder and Executive Director of the Rennie group, which has redefined the business of real estate for what will be 50 years this December, offering specialized sales, marketing, intelligence, and technology services. Known for his innovative strategies to the development industry offering risk management and real estate marketing, most recently, the Rennie group was selected to represent Disney for Canadian sales in a 600-acre development in Palm Springs.
Beyond real estate, Bob is deeply involved in philanthropic initiatives focused on mental health, education, and the arts. Bob has assembled and is recognized for having one of the top 200 private art collections in the world, recognized globally for its focus on social justice including a broad collection, focussed on gender and body politics that he has evolved and collected since the early 90s. Bob also holds leadership roles as the chair of major gifts for the VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation, serves as Chair of the Peter P. Dhillon Centre for Business Ethics at the Sauder School of Business at UBC, and was recently appointed to the Vancouver Police Foundation board. Bob’s leadership extends into the arts community, holding key positions, serving 17 years with the Tate Museum, and numerous other Museum board positions. Bob is currently the chair of collectors for the National Gallery in Washington DC.
In 2022, Bob and the rennie foundation along with the Government of B.C. donated the historic Wing Sang building, the oldest structure in Vancouver’s Chinatown to house Canada’s first Chinese Canadian Museum. In recognition of Canada’s 150th anniversary, Bob also gifted 197 artworks, valued at over $13 million, to the National Gallery of Canada and again last year donated $22 million in art including over 60 works by Vancouver’s own Rodney Graham.
Bob is a recipient of the Queen’s Diamond, Golden, and Platinum Jubilee Awards, the King Charles III Coronation Medal, as well as holds the Order of British Columbia, and an honorary doctorate from Emily Carr University.

Jill Schnarr
As TELUS’ Chief Social Innovation and Communications Officer with more than 28 years of telecommunications experience and communications expertise, Jill Schnarr leads TELUS’ corporate citizenship and communications team. Jill brings TELUS’ social purpose to life to drive social change, leveraging its world-leading technology and compassion to enable remarkable human outcomes, while amplifying internal and external campaigns, bolstering TELUS’ storytelling impact, and fostering strong, positive relationships with customers and all Canadians.
At the helm of corporate communications, media relations, government advocacy, social media, community investment, cause marketing, team member giving, volunteerism, humanitarian relief, sponsorships, brand office, brand marketing, TELUS Studios, and corporate events, Jill has significantly influenced, built upon and safeguarded TELUS’ reputation as a global leader, enabling TELUS to be the most trusted telco brand in Canada.
Furthering her dedication to giving where she lives, Jill serves on several boards and associations including a founding board member of the TELUS Friendly Future Foundation, and previously served as a director on the B.C. Women’s Hospital Foundation for seven years, and as a TELUS Vancouver Community Board member for six years. She was also a Board Director and Chair of the Women’s Leadership Circle on the Vancouver Board of Trade, served on the fundraising cabinet for B.C. Women’s Health Foundation (formerly B.C. Women’s Hospital Foundation) Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and was Co-Chair of Glow, the inaugural B.C. Women’s Hospital Gala.

Hilen Wong
In his role as Senior Vice-president, Consumer Marketing and Channels, Hilen leads integrated marketing strategies for mobility and home products and services at TELUS, driving brand amplification, execution and customer experience excellence across national consumer channels including TELUS and Koodo stores, dealers, direct-to-consumer and Mobile Klinik. Fueled by his passion for meaningful collaboration and innovative growth, Hilen champions more than 3,000 TELUS team members to unlock the potential in our communities, customers and team members.
In over 20 years at TELUS, Hilen has held various leadership roles spanning business intelligence, product development, pricing and national retail. An electrical engineer by trade, Hilen graduated with an MBA from the University of Toronto and began his career as a management consultant supporting clients in the communications sector prior to joining TELUS.
Hilen and his team proudly support TELUS’ social purpose commitment by actively volunteering and fundraising across local communities year-round. He is a member of the board for Pancreatic Cancer Canada and TELUS Friendly Future Foundation, and also serves as executive sponsor for TELUS’ Abilities Network.
Hilen resides in Toronto with his wife, their two children and canine sidekick, Biscuit. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, going for long walks and planning his next road trip.
