Christopher Main

Based in Vancouver, Chris leads the Corporate Governance team within TELUS Legal Services. In this role, he oversees the corporate secretarial functions of the TELUS group of companies and supports the leading governance and disclosure practices of TELUS’ Board of Directors. He was closely involved with the creation of the TELUS Friendly Future Foundation and the transformative gift made to the Foundation following the sale of TELUS Garden, TELUS’ corporate home.

Chris graduated from the McGill University Faculty of Law with degrees in common law and civil law. Prior to joining TELUS, he was a partner in the Corporate group of a national law firm where his practice focused on public mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He was called to the Quebec Bar in 2002 and has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia since 2016.
